The customer can download the content to their hard drive. Then, when a customer pays, they are sent instructional emails on how to get started with the software, including user guides, troubleshooting guide, technical guide, and examples.
Order
Payment and invoices/receipts
Prices on Excelkid products may vary. Details, such as price, will be available on the specific page where the software is sold. The payment amount is automatically withdrawn immediately after purchase using the payment details provided by the customer. Payment security is handled and maintained by Stripe (read more here) or PayPal (read more here), depending on how the customer chooses to pay.
After purchasing the product, we send an invoice to the email address provided by the customer.
Usage
Access to any Excelkid product is unique and belongs to 1 person. Software must never be shared or used by anyone else than the customer. Violating this will lead to the retraction of user access. We are using license servers to manage software keys and activation procedures.

Excelkid provides support for your software in the best way we can. We mainly do this via email and might occasionally use different channels. You can reach us at [email protected]
Intellectual property right
All content on Excelkid.com and subpages or extensions belongs to Excelkid (and therefore Visual Analytics Ltd.). Therefore, any unsolicited usage, such as copying or distribution of this content, is not allowed. As a customer, you do not have commercial rights to our content, such as reselling, distributing, or promoting in any way, shape, or form.
Guarantee
Excelkid can claim the refund if the customer is unsatisfied with the training, e.g., not liking the explanations, examples, or visualizations. Learn more about the refund policy and privacy policy.
Data storage
Excelkid stores data about the customer (but NOT payment information, including card number, expiration month/year, or CVC code). This data will not be made available to others and will only be used by Excelkid.
