Visual Analytics Ltd. works with software resellers with reservations. Because some customers are obliged by their purchasing departments to use software resellers, Visual Analytics Ltd. honors sales through resellers. Our sales flow has been operating efficiently for six years, but we are open to new possibilities.
We grant huge reseller discounts:
- 25% for 10-25 copies,
- 35% for 26-50 copies, and
- 40% for orders above 51.
- Our product pricing is as follows: $99 for two workstations. You can learn more about the prices here.
- We provide a free trial version for resellers.
- Purchases are made online through our website. We process orders in a closed system, where an automatic email with payment details is sent upon completion of the payment process.
- We accept payments via card (through Stripe) and PayPal payment gateway.
- We do not offer deferred payment options; payment is required at purchase.
- Fulfillment occurs within 1-3 minutes after purchase. The buyer receives an automated email containing the product key, installation guide, and manual.
- Licensing is simple and tied to the workstation, not the user. The add-in can be easily transferred between two workstations.
- Our licenses are perpetual, and we do not intend to introduce a subscription model.
- All future updates, bug fixes, and mandatory maintenance are included in the price. Custom development requested as an additional feature is chargeable.
- We do have a refund policy.
For orders up to $1000, a reseller can make a credit card purchase on behalf of their customer at the UDT Chart Add-in for Excel website. We will accept purchase orders for orders of more than $1000. The invoice will carry the terms “payable upon receipt”, and the software will be delivered upon completion of payment.
To ensure adequate customer support, you should forward the name and email of the end user (the reseller’s customer) to Visual Analytics Ltd. or, in the case of bulk licenses, the name and email of a contact at the customer’s workplace.
